Bu koşullar, Mise uygulamasını iPhone (iOS 17 ve üzeri) ve Android (Google Play) için sunan Mise (“Mise”, “biz”) ile uygulamayı kullanan kişi (“siz”) arasındaki sözleşmedir. Koşullar iki platformda da aynıdır; bir Mise hesabı ikisinde de kullanılabilir. Uygulamayı indirerek, kurarak veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul edersiniz. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayın ve cihazınızdan kaldırın.

These terms form the agreement between Mise (“Mise”, “we”), which provides the Mise app for iPhone (iOS 17 or later) and Android (Google Play), and the person using it (“you”). The terms are the same on both platforms; one Mise account works on both. By downloading, installing or using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app and remove it from your device.

How your personal data is handled is described separately in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

Mise is an iPhone and Android app for professional kitchens providing recipe costing, ledger-based stock tracking, supplier and price-history management, AI document reading, the Sous Chef assistant, draft purchase orders and a community for chefs. The app is local first: your costing, recipes, stock and saved documents are kept on your device and work offline. An account is optional; account and community content are kept on Mise's server (see sections 6 and 7).

To avoid misunderstanding, what Mise does not do is stated explicitly:

• It does not send orders. The order text is prepared and a WhatsApp chat opens with it; the decision and the act of sending are yours.
• It offers no cloud backup or cross-device sync for your costing, recipe and stock data.
• It does not estimate market prices. An unknown price stays empty.
• It is not accounting, tax or legal advice.

The free plan has no time limit, requires no payment and is not a trial. Its current limits are 5 recipes, 20 ingredients and 1 supplier; per account 2 successful document reads in total (lifetime) and 20 Sous Chef messages a month. The current limits are published in the plans section. Costing, recipes, stock and saved documents also work offline on the free plan.

• A failed read does not use up a free read.
• A multi-page document counts as one read.
• Reaching a limit does not delete or lock your existing records; it only stops you adding new ones.

Mise Premium is a paid, auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription sold only through the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android). Premium removes the record limits, makes document reading, Sous Chef and voice replies unlimited, and enables exporting the recipe cost report.

• The price is shown in the App Store or Google Play before you buy. This website does not state prices.
• There is no free trial. On iPhone, Apple Offer Codes can be redeemed with “Redeem Code” on the purchase screen.
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when the purchase is confirmed.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Subscriptions are managed and cancelled on iPhone under Settings → (your name) → Subscriptions and on Android under Google Play → Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.
• Mise cannot start, cancel or refund a subscription on your behalf; only Apple or Google can.
• Apple or Google keeps the payment, charge and invoice records. Mise never sees or stores your card details.
• Refunds are assessed by Apple or Google under their own refund policies (for Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com). Your statutory consumer rights remain reserved.
• On a new device, you can restore your subscription with “Restore Purchases” in the app.
• Premium is tied to the Mise account the purchase was made with. A subscription linked to another Mise account is not accepted on this account.
• Deleting your Mise account does not cancel your subscription; you must cancel it separately in the App Store or Google Play.
• When a subscription ends, none of your records are deleted; records above the free limits stay visible, you simply cannot add new ones and the free plan limits apply again.

4. Lisans4. Licence

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Mise on devices that you own or control, for your personal and business activity. If you obtained the app from the App Store, this licence applies on Apple-branded devices and in accordance with Apple's Usage Rules; if you obtained it from Google Play, it applies on Android devices and in accordance with Google Play's terms. Reverse engineering, copying, renting, selling or redistributing the app falls outside this licence.

• Uygulamayı yürürlükteki hukuka aykırı hiçbir amaçla kullanmayın.
• Size ait olmayan verileri, sahibinin izni olmadan yüklemeyin.
• Toplulukta ve mesajlarda hukuka aykırı, taciz edici, nefret içeren, müstehcen veya başkasının haklarını ihlal eden içerik paylaşmayın; başka bir kişiyi taklit etmeyin.
• Servisi aşırı otomatik istekle veya kötüye kullanarak engellemeye çalışmayın; ücretsiz plan sınırlarını aşmak için hile yapmayın.
• Belge okumayı yalnız işletmenizin belgeleri (fatura, irsaliye, fiş, fiyat listesi, Z raporu) için kullanın; kimlik, sağlık kaydı gibi işinizle ilgisiz kişisel veri içeren belgeleri okutmayın.
• Güvenlik önlemlerini aşmaya, tersine mühendislik yapmaya veya kaynak koda erişmeye çalışmayın.

• Do not use the app for any purpose contrary to applicable law.
• Do not upload data that is not yours without the owner's permission.
• Do not share unlawful, harassing, hateful or obscene content, or content that infringes others' rights, in the community or in messages; do not impersonate another person.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service through excessive automated requests or abuse; do not try to get around the free plan limits.
• Use document reading only for your business documents (invoices, delivery notes, receipts, price lists, Z reports); do not scan documents with personal data unrelated to your business, such as ID cards or health records.
• Do not attempt to bypass security measures, reverse engineer or access the source code.

When you sign in with a Mise account you can share posts in the community, comment, like, follow other chefs, send direct messages and create a chef profile with a CV and portfolio. You can set your profile visibility to Everyone or Followers only.

You own the text and images you share. You allow Mise to use that content only to provide the service — to store it and show it to other users according to your visibility setting. You are responsible for the content you share and for having the right to share it.

You can block a user or report inappropriate content with the block and report options in the app. We reserve the right to remove content that breaches these terms and to restrict the account concerned (see section 11).

Your costing, recipe, stock and saved document data is stored on your device. Mise does not keep a cloud backup of this data for you and does not sync it between your devices. Preventing data loss if your device is lost or damaged, or if the app is removed, is your responsibility; we recommend keeping your device's backup feature turned on. With Premium you can export the recipe cost report from inside the app.

Your account details, and the community content and messages you share while signed in, are kept on Mise's server. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Every number Mise shows is calculated from data you entered or scanned and saved. The app does not invent a price, package size or unit it does not know, and does not present a definite total from incomplete data. In return, the accuracy of the prices, quantities, waste percentages and stock counts you save is your responsibility.

Document reading is done with Google Gemini through Mise's server and requires an internet connection, a Mise account and your consent. Sous Chef also uses Google Gemini. The AI does not invent prices: a value it cannot read stays empty. AI reading can still make mistakes; the values read are shown to you before they are saved. You must check the figures before you set a menu price.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided “as is”. It is not guaranteed to run uninterrupted or error-free. Document reading, Sous Chef and the community depend on an internet connection, Mise's server and third-party services, and may at times be unavailable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mise is not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data or indirect damages arising from your pricing decisions. Nothing here limits liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, nor your statutory consumer rights.

As the app develops, features may be added, changed or removed. If a material change to the scope of Premium works against you, it is announced in the app and the scope you purchased is preserved for the subscription period already running.

Uygulamayı cihazınızdan kaldırarak bu sözleşmeyi dilediğiniz zaman sona erdirebilirsiniz. Mise hesabınız varsa onu uygulama içinden ya da misecost.com/delete-account adresinden silebilirsiniz; hesabı silmek App Store veya Google Play aboneliğinizi iptal etmez (bkz. bölüm 3.2). Bu koşulların ağır biçimde ihlali hâlinde — özellikle topluluk kurallarının ihlalinde — erişiminizi kısıtlayabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. You may end this agreement at any time by removing the app from your device. If you have a Mise account, you can delete it in the app or at misecost.com/delete-account; deleting the account does not cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription (see section 3.2). In case of serious breach of these terms — in particular of the community rules — we may restrict or terminate your access. If that happens during a paid period, your rights regarding the unused time remain reserved.

• This agreement is between you and Mise only; Apple is not a party to it.

• Mise is responsible for addressing all claims relating to the app, including product liability, conformity with consumer law and intellectual property infringement claims.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. embargo and are not on any prohibited-party list.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and have the right to enforce it against you.

Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici sıfatıyla hareket ediyorsanız, yerleşik olduğunuz yerdeki tüketici hakem heyetlerine ve tüketici mahkemelerine başvurma hakkınız ile bulunduğunuz ülkenin emredici tüketici hükümlerinden doğan haklarınız saklıdır.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you act as a consumer, your right to apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts where you reside, and your rights under the mandatory consumer provisions of your country, remain reserved.
