1. Mise'yi açın ve Daha Fazla → Mise Hesabı ekranına gidin.

1. Open Mise and go to More → Mise Account.
2. Tap Delete My Account and read both confirmations.
3. Enter your password again and tap Permanently Delete My Account.

Deletion starts immediately and cannot be undone. When it finishes you are signed out and the Mise data on that device is deleted too.

From the e-mail address registered to your account, send an e-mail with the subject "Account deletion request" to support@misecost.com. We reply to the same address to confirm the request comes from the account owner; after that we delete your account and the data below and let you know. Do not send your password by e-mail.

• Your community profile and profile photo, your posts and their photos, your comments, likes and follows.
• The CV on your chef profile (career, education, certifications, awards), your cover image and your portfolio dishes with their photos.
• Messages you wrote, read receipts, your blocks and your notification records (including device notification tokens).
• Your subscription verification record and your document reading / Sous Chef usage counters.

• Maliyet, reçete, stok ve belge verileriniz sunucuda değil cihazınızda tutulur. Silme yapılan cihazda bunlar da silinir; başka cihazlarda uygulama içindeki "Tüm Verilerimi Sil" ile ya da uygulamayı kaldırarak silebilirsiniz.

• Messages other people wrote to you stay in their conversation; your name, photo and ID are not shown ("Deleted account").
• Content reports you made may remain in the moderation record with your identity removed.
• A technical record that the deletion finished, which cannot be linked to you, is kept until the app confirms the deletion.
• Sentences you write to Sous Chef are stored without being linked to your account and are deleted automatically after 90 days; because they cannot be linked to you, they cannot be deleted one by one.
• Your cost, recipe, stock and document data is stored on your device, not on the server. It is deleted on the device where you delete the account; on other devices use "Delete All My Data" in the app or remove the app.

Hesabınızı korurken verilerinizin bir kısmını uygulamanın içinden silebilirsiniz. Silinen içerik, kaydettiğiniz anda sunucudan da silinir.

You can delete part of your data inside the app and keep your account. Deleted content is removed from the server as soon as you save.

• Bir gönderi: gönderinin menüsünden Gönderiyi Sil. Gönderi fotoğraflarıyla birlikte silinir.
• Profil fotoğrafı ve kapak görseli: Topluluk'ta kendi profiliniz → Profili Düzenle → Profil fotoğrafını kaldır / Kapak görselini kaldır → Kaydet.
• CV satırları ve portfolyo tabakları: Profili Düzenle'de satırı sola kaydırıp silin → Kaydet. Tabağın fotoğrafı da silinir.
• Diğer veriler (ör. yorumlar, mesajlar): kayıtlı e-posta adresinizden support@misecost.com adresine "Veri silme talebi" konulu bir e-posta gönderin ve hangi veriyi istediğinizi yazın. Talebin sizden geldiğini doğruladıktan sonra siler ve bildiririz.

• A post: choose Delete Post from the post's menu. The post is deleted with its photos.
• Profile photo and cover image: your own profile in Community → Edit Profile → Remove profile photo / Remove cover image → Save.
• CV entries and portfolio dishes: in Edit Profile, swipe the entry left to delete it → Save. The dish photo is deleted too.
• Other data (e.g. comments, messages): from the e-mail address registered to your account, send an e-mail with the subject "Data deletion request" to support@misecost.com and say which data you want deleted. After confirming the request comes from you, we delete it and let you know.

Maliyet, reçete, stok ve belge verileriniz yalnız cihazınızdadır: Daha Fazla → Ayarlar → Tüm Verilerimi Sil ile silinir.

Your cost, recipe, stock and document data is only on your device: delete it with More → Settings → Delete All My Data.

6. Abonelik6. Subscription

Hesabınızı silmek Mise Premium aboneliğinizi iptal etmez. Aboneliği App Store ya da Google Play abonelik ayarlarınızdan iptal edin.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Mise Premium subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
